Desulfurization Feeder

The lead paste, lead grids, separator paper and plastics discharged from the crusher are fed into the vibrating screen. After screening and water washing, the oversize materials including lead grids, separator paper and plastics are discharged from the outlet of the vibrating screen to the wet vibrating table. The lead paste slurry falls into the lead paste scraper conveyor.
The automatic chemical feeder adds flocculant into the lead paste scraper conveyor. After the lead paste undergoes flocculation and sedimentation, the scraper device at the bottom of the lead paste scraper conveyor scrapes it out to the undesulfurized lead paste conveyor. A circulating pump is installed above the tail section of the lead paste scraper conveyor, which extracts the relatively clear liquid from the upper part of the lead paste scraper conveyor and reuses it for washing the materials on the vibrating screen.
The undesulfurized lead paste conveyor can operate in both forward and reverse directions to convey the lead paste to Desulfurization Reaction Tanks A and B. Rinsing water is injected according to the weight of the materials inside the tanks.
