Main Features:

The hardness of steel‑mill‑special racks normally reaches HRC35‑50, with surface roughness controlled below Ra1.6 to guarantee wear resistance and smooth transmission. Our actual test data shows that the wear loss of high‑quality racks in steel mill environments is only 1/2‑1/3 of that of ordinary racks.
Impact resistance is another key indicator. By optimizing material composition and heat‑treatment processes, the rack can withstand instantaneous impact loads 2‑3 times higher than those of ordinary racks.
